1. Motorola is heavily affected by the economy. Some of it's areas of expertise are heavily affected as well.
2. Motorola uses HP PPM to keep track of the number of investment dollars that are used by a process and the priorities of the business requests that go through Motorola's IT employees.
3. Finances most definitely must be addressed before Motorola starts using HP PPM. They are responsible for keeping track of investments and therefore must be notified.
4. HP PPM is up-to-date, meaning that as soon as something happens, it will notify Motorola of the change immediately.
